Why we love it
A teardrop-shaped ceramic vase in warm white with fine vertical striations that run from base to rim. Handmade in Europe with the kind of tactile detail that invites touch.
At 28cm tall and 18cm wide, the Bibury has a rounded, gently tapered silhouette. The surface texture — closely spaced vertical lines — catches side light, giving it an almost woven quality. The matte finish is soft and chalky, warm rather than stark, allowing it to sit comfortably in neutral, stone and cream-toned interiors.
The opening is wide enough for a loose handful of stems but contained enough to give them structure. Peonies, roses, ranunculus and shorter foliage stems all look natural here.
