UK remote areas

We cover applicable Irish VAT, customs duties and import fees through our courier. There are no extra import charges for you to pay on delivery. If a courier asks for an import payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.

United States

Standard delivery

Usually 5–7 business days to available US addresses.

$50, or free on orders of $200 or more

Minimum order $50.

Applicable import duties and customs fees are collected at checkout and paid to the courier on your behalf. Local state sales tax may also be shown. You’ll see the total and available services before you pay.

Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man

Standard delivery

Usually 3–5 working days.

£14.95

Minimum order £30.

Isle of Man orders include UK VAT. UK VAT isn’t charged for Jersey and Guernsey; local taxes or handling charges may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Other international destinations

Standard delivery

Usually 7–10 working days to Australia, Canada, Singapore, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Switzerland.

Price calculated at checkout depending on order size and destination.

Minimum order £50.

The final shipping total is shown in your checkout currency, and availability is confirmed before payment. Import duties, local taxes and handling charges may be payable when your parcel arrives unless checkout says otherwise. Customs processing can affect timings.

Dispatch and delivery timing

Our delivery windows include dispatch time. Order in-stock items before 12 noon UK time on a working day and count from the date you order; later orders count from the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Pre-order dates and any advertised closures are shown before you order. Contact us if you need help choosing a service for an occasion.

Pre-orders

You’ll find the expected dispatch information on the product page. Orders containing a pre-order item are normally sent together once it’s available. If you need in-stock items sooner, contact us; separate delivery charges may apply.

Tracking your delivery

We’ll email your tracking information when your order is dispatched. Flowers and vases may travel in separate parcels and can arrive at different times.

You can also sign in to your account to view your latest order tracking. Use the email address entered at checkout.

What if I won’t be in?

Check your courier’s tracking message for delivery-management options available for your parcel. If you need help understanding them, ask our team.

My country or address isn’t available at checkout

We may not have a delivery service available for that address or order. Contact us with the items and destination, and we’ll check the options.

Can you guarantee delivery for a particular date?

Delivery dates are estimates. If you’re ordering for an occasion, speak to us before ordering and we’ll help you choose a suitable service.

My order is late or only partly delivered

Check each tracking link if your order has several parcels, then contact us if something is missing or overdue. We will investigate with the courier.

If a paid next-day or Saturday delivery misses its promised day through no fault of yours, contact us and we will refund the extra cost above the standard service for your order. If standard delivery was free, we refund the full upgrade charge. Your legal rights are unaffected.
