UK Delivery
We offer two delivery options for mainland UK addresses:
UK Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)
- FREE for all orders over £100
- £5.95 for orders under £100
UK Express Delivery (Next Working Day)
- £11.95 on all orders
Your order must be placed by noon for same-day dispatch. We dispatch orders Monday–Friday.
Channel Islands / Isle of Man
Delivery surcharges apply and will be calculated automatically at checkout once your delivery address is entered.
US Shipping
Delivery to the US takes around 5–7 business days. We offer two delivery price tiers:
- $40.00 on orders up to $199.99
- FREE shipping on orders over $200.00
All US orders are sent Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). This means any applicable import duties and customs fees are calculated and collected automatically at checkout, allowing us to clear your parcel through Customs on your behalf for a quicker, more seamless delivery.
Please note: local state sales tax may still apply. Shopify calculates and collects the correct sales tax during checkout where required by US law.
Europe Delivery, Customs, Duty & VAT
Shipping charges are based on the destination country and the size/weight of your order, and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
We deliver to all EU member states on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

To provide our European customers with the best possible service, we have simplified our shipping process. You no longer need to worry about border thresholds, import limits, or unexpected courier bills.
- No Hidden Fees: All import VAT and customs duties are included in the product price and shipping cost.
- Doorstep Delivery: Your parcel will clear customs automatically, and you will not be required to pay any additional fees before delivery.
- No Order Limits: Unlike many retailers, we do not limit your order value. Whether your order is €50 or €500, the process remains exactly the same.
How We Handle Duties & VAT
We operate a fully inclusive pricing model for the European Union. By collecting the necessary taxes at the point of sale, we are able to prepay all customs charges directly to the authorities on your behalf. This prevents the delays and "disbursement fees" often associated with international shipping.

Delivery to EU countries typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Important Information
- Recipient Phone Number: A valid mobile number is required so our courier can provide delivery updates via SMS.
- Gifts: Because all duties and taxes are prepaid by us, our parcels are perfect for gifting; the recipient will never receive a bill for import charges.
- Channel Islands & Isle of Man: Please note that different rules apply to the Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey), where local GST may be payable upon arrival.
ROW Delivery
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and the size/weight of your order. Delivery typically takes 7–10 working days, depending on your region.
Please be aware that import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. These are set by your country’s Customs authorities and must be paid separately by the customer.
We cannot be held liable for any postal delays that may occasionally occur.
