This offer is available on UK orders only. Gift voucher value is determined by the final order total after all other discounts or promotional codes have been applied.
Gift Voucher Tiers
Customers will automatically receive:
- A £25 voucher when spending £150–£249.99
- £50 worth of vouchers when spending £250–£499.99
- £100 worth of vouchers when spending £500+
How Vouchers Are Issued
Qualifying gift vouchers are added to your order automatically and will be sent via email once your purchase is completed.
Promotional gift vouchers issued without a qualifying purchase, including those issued due to a technical error, are void and may be cancelled at our discretion.
Payment using existing gift vouchers
Existing gift vouchers unfortunately cannot be used to 'purchase' additional gift vouchers. If you would like to use an existing voucher to pay for your order during this promotion, please contact us at hello@thefauxflowercompany.com and our team will be happy to create the order manually for you.
Voucher Expiry
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of your original order.
Returns & Order Adjustments
If you return items and your adjusted order total falls below the threshold, the associated voucher will be voided or reduced to match the correct tier.
If the gift voucher has already been redeemed before your return is processed, the voucher value will be deducted from your refund.
Exclusions
- Gift voucher purchases do not count towards the qualifying spend.
- Delivery costs are excluded from the qualifying spend.
Fraud & Misuse
We reserve the right to cancel any order or promotional gift where misuse, manipulation, bulk purchasing, or unauthorised activity is suspected.
Free gifts, promotional products and promotional gift vouchers are issued strictly as part of qualifying purchases and have no standalone value. They may not be added to an order independently, redeemed without meeting the stated qualifying criteria, or used in isolation from a valid qualifying transaction.
If a free gift or promotional voucher is added to an order without meeting the qualifying conditions, or obtained through technical manipulation, misuse, or unauthorised access, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel or amend the affected order;
- Void any associated promotional vouchers or credits;
- Deduct the value of any misused promotion from a refund;
- Refuse redemption of promotional vouchers obtained in this manner;
- Suspend or restrict the customer’s account where misuse is suspected.
Orders placed using promotional vouchers obtained without valid qualification will not be honoured.

Enjoy 10% off your first order when you sign up for our newsletter using the form at the bottom of our website or via the offer pop-up. Your code will be emailed to you.
This offer is valid for one-time use by new customers only. Eligibility is based on customer purchase history, not email address. Creating multiple accounts or using alternative email addresses to access the offer more than once is not permitted.
The code cannot be combined with any other promotions (including multi-buy offers such as 6+ stems) or used on already discounted items.
If we believe a discount has been used incorrectly, abused, or applied in a way that circumvents these terms, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order, remove the discount, or refuse to honour the order.

If you pay by PayPal, you will enter your code after you enter your details on PayPal.
