We’ll email the voucher to them. You’ll receive a gift card receipt.
We’ll email the voucher to the address you use at checkout. You can forward it or print the gift card page.
1. Choose the amount
Choose a voucher value, add a personal message and select a send date if you’re planning ahead.
2. We email the voucher
Send it directly to their inbox, or have it emailed to you to forward or print at home.
3. They choose their flowers
They enter their unique code at checkout. Any unspent balance stays on the voucher for another day.

How is the voucher delivered?
It’s delivered by email. Choose “Send to someone” and enter their email address, or “Send to me” to receive it at the email address you use at checkout.
Can I choose when it arrives?
Yes. Choose a date up to 90 days in advance. Scheduled emails are sent in the purchaser’s time zone each morning, not at a chosen time. Select today's date, or leave it blank to send immediately after payment.
Do they have to spend it all at once?
No. Any remaining balance stays on the gift card for another order. If their order costs more than the balance, they can pay the difference at checkout.
Can they use more than one voucher?
Yes. Multiple gift-card codes can be used on the same order. Buying two vouchers creates two separate codes; it does not combine them into one voucher.
Can they use it with an offer?
Yes, gift cards can pay for eligible purchases after applicable discounts. Buying the gift voucher itself is excluded from our promotional offers and sales.
How do they check their balance?
The gift-card email includes a link to their gift-card page, where they can see the remaining balance.
