“A beautiful plant. It looks very real and one of the best I've seen.”
From our stylists
Why we love it
Real Boston ferns are famously high-maintenance. They want humidity, indirect light and constant attention. Miss a few days of misting and the tips go crispy. This one doesn't have that problem.
The fronds cascade outward and downward from a dense centre, with individual leaflets that vary in size from full, rounded shapes near the base to finer, tapered tips further out.
The colour shifts naturally too, from a deeper green at the heart of the plant through to a brighter, almost lime tone on the newer outer growth. That variation is what gives it movement and stops it from looking like a single block of green.
At 65cm wide, this is a generous plant. The fronds spill well over the edge of the pot, making it ideal for a side table, bathroom vanity or shelf where the trailing shape can really be seen. The textured grey pot keeps things understated and lets the foliage do the work.
Place it somewhere a real fern would thrive and people will assume it is one. Place it somewhere a real fern would die and it'll still look exactly the same six months later.

Our florist's picks
Hand-picked to work with this plant, plus some others you may like.
“Is that real?”
The question our customers hear most.
“Unless you get up really close, you cannot tell that it is artificial. It has already fooled people, and when I’m watering my plants I have to remind myself that it doesn’t need watering!”
“Absolute showstopper. People have commented thinking it was a real plant. Just perfect for my lounge—tall, elegant and so realistic. Love it!”
“The most stunning orchid. It is incredibly realistic and the pot itself is so pretty. I’m enjoying it on our outdoor table, where it is far too hot and sunny for real plants or flowers to thrive. It looks utterly fabulous!”
“My husband was quite sceptical at first, but once it arrived we both agreed it was definitely worth the money. The ivy looks very realistic, with lovely detail on the leaves.”
“It sits on a little shelf in a darker part of my cloakroom where real plants don’t thrive. It looks so real and is just beautiful.”
“A beautiful plant. It looks very real and one would find it difficult to tell it from the real thing. Some of the very best artificial plants I have seen.”
