How Will My Order Arrive
Care Instructions
Artificial flowers really require very little maintenance but there are a few tips that we recommend to keep your blooms looking 'fresh'. We would suggest each month putting your hairdryer on a cool setting and using this to blow away any dust that may have settled on the petals. This is especially important for the white and lighter coloured flowers as it's the dust that tends to cause marks whereas these don't show up as much on the darker colours. If you do see a mark on the blooms we would suggest using a damp cloth to try remove any stains.
For the more delicate artificial flowers such as our tulips, lilies and magnolia these are made from a special type of treated foam and it's important not to get these wet! If you do spot any marks on them then the best remedy is to use a baby wipe to try to remove the stain.

Returns
If you wish to return your items please tell us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.

I bought green nice and native for a friend. But before paying £200+ I wanted to make sure I picked the perfect flowers. I contacted AB for advice about which flowers would suit what type of vase, and colours. They replied to my numerous questions very quickly and helpfully, and when I did buy one of their recommended bunches, they refunded the 15% new customer discount immediately when I was unable apply it at checkout. They flowers arrived (during lockdown) and I wasn’t sure about them. I left them at my friend’s front door at the beginning of December and told her t I could return if they were not what she wanted. She said she did - I thought she was being polite. More than a month later she sent a picture of them displayed on her dining room table, looking absolutely stunning!

I have never bought artificial flowers before so wasn't sure what to expect. I needn't have worried as they are absolutely beautiful. They look real, especially the king protea. They are expensive but when I think about how much I could spent on fresh flowers it seems cost effective. I couldn't be happier with them.

Thrilled with these! Giving the house a makeover like everyone else during lockdown.
We have a big house, and it needs big flower arrangements or they get lost. I bought this one and some extra loose stems and this certainly is big and dramatic enough for our home.
I love the cool, fresh greens. Even my husband said that every morning as he walks down the stairs he marvels at how beautiful they are.
As I mentioned in my other post, I think having flowers like these that you can keep for years and years, beats fresh flowers that get thrown away so quickly.
