Returns
If you wish to return your items please tell us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.

Lovely flower bouquet arrangement. These flowers from a distance look realistic but up close look a bit plasticky. Would not repurchase I have bought better from elsewhere.

I bought the bouquet and Burford vase together and couldn’t be happier with them. They are absolutely beautiful and make my garden room look stunning. I’m not good at arranging flowers so buying the tied bouquet was perfect for me. Thank you

Impressive bouquet with a fresh and natural appearance. Upon opening the box with some trepidation lest I be met with a lifeless clump of plastic, I was overjoyed to see a beautiful bouquet of realistic flowers and fluttering foliage.
