As CEO of The Faux Flower Company, Janey wears many hats and especially heads up the product, marketing and finance departments.
A former equity analyst, Janey loves analysing the business and keeping the finances in check to ensure that we are always well supported to achieve our goals and keep the business on track.
She is responsible for product development, especially the creation of new bouquets where she combines her creative eye with a love of financial discipline, creating beautiful arrangements to suit every budget.
She has lived in four different countries and brings experience and inspiration from each of them.
Rosemary is Head of Operations and Strategy for The Faux Flower Company and keeps us on the right track. Unflappable, she methodically ploughs through the latest developments in online retail to ensure we offer a seamless shopping experience, enabling us to send our beautiful artificial flowers, plants and vases to customers around the globe.
Rosemary spent 20 years as a corporate banker and risk executive in Asia, Europe and North America, before a chance meeting with Janey convinced her that working in a more creative environment with beautiful things would spark more joy than financial services ever could!
Demelza is our Customers Services Expert and Trade Account Manager. She has multiple years’ experience of project management in various artistic industries, including the theatre and is here to help you set your own stage with our fabulous faux blooms. In addition to all her work for The Faux Flower Company, Demelza also runs her own sustainable floristry business from her home in the Cotswolds, making her the perfect person to offer in depth knowledge of flower varieties, qualities, seasonality and the latest trendsDemelza loves helping our customers and businesses bring beautiful flowers into their lives – whether it’s finding a bunch for a kitchen table or introducing blooms into a business, she’s always here to help!
Rachel is the Head of Social Media & PR at The Faux Flower Company. It is her vision that you see across our Social Media platforms, as she designs, photographs and creates all of our imagery and videos and loves nothing more than showing everyone how easy it is to bring our faux flowers into your home. Alongside content creation, Rachel has also been instrumental in creating the brand for The Faux Flower Company, designing our beautiful new logo and ensuring that everything from our ribbons to our packaging tape is absolutely perfect.
Rachel began her passion for bringing a brand to life at university studying Fashion Design, since then she has built up her career in fashion and retail, spending the past 15 years honing her skills and always keeping one eye on the catwalk!
Charlotte is our go-to gal at The Faux Flower Company, she came to help with a delivery one day, and has proved invaluable ever since!Working across all aspects of our business, Charlotte packs every order, carefully wrapping our stems in paper, and giving each one of our parcels their signature luxury look and feel. She also helps to build our social community, taking time to answer all your queries online, before jumping on the phone to ring you personally to go through your Customer Service Enquiries. With many years' experience of working in care and service-based industries, she’s perfectly placed to give your order the love and attention it deserves.
