Who we share your information with
We share your personal information only with third parties who help us operate our business. We do not sell your personal information.
Hosting and ecommerce
Shopify hosts our online store and processes orders and payments. Shopify processes your data when you visit and make purchases on our store, including providing services based on your interactions with our store, with other Shopify merchants and with Shopify itself. Your information may be shared with Shopify and other third parties who may be located in other countries, in order to provide services to you, including services that incorporate data from your interactions with other merchants and with Shopify.
Payment providers
We accept payments via Shopify Payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), PayPal and Klarna. We do not store your payment card details. Payment information is processed directly by these providers.
Shipping and fulfilment
We share your name, address and contact details with DHL, Parcel2Go and Zenstores (shipping management) solely to fulfil and deliver your order.
Analytics and tracking
Google Analytics 4 (via Littledata) analyses Site traffic, browsing behaviour and purchase attribution. We send hashed customer data to Google to improve conversion measurement. Littledata provides server-side tracking to connect browsing sessions with purchases for accurate analytics across Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Advertising.
Advertising
Google Ads: We share purchase and browsing data to measure ad performance and optimise campaigns. Cookies may be used for the personalisation of ads.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): We share purchase and browsing data via the Meta Conversions API (through Littledata) to measure and optimise ad performance. The Meta pixel tracks browsing activity on our Site for retargeting and audience building.
Microsoft Advertising (Bing): We use the Microsoft UET tag to measure conversions and optimise our search advertising on the Bing network.
Email and SMS marketing
Klaviyo manages our email and SMS marketing, including automated flows such as abandoned checkout reminders, post-purchase emails and browse abandonment. Klaviyo collects browsing and purchase data to personalise communications. We only send marketing where you have opted in.
Reviews
Reviews.io collects and publishes customer reviews. When you place an order, we may share your name and email address with Reviews.io so they can invite you to leave a review. Once you submit a review, Reviews.io becomes the data controller for that review content. See the Reviews.io privacy policy for details.
