How Will My Order Arrive
Care Instructions
Artificial flowers really require very little maintenance but there are a few tips that we recommend to keep your blooms looking 'fresh'. We would suggest each month putting your hairdryer on a cool setting and using this to blow away any dust that may have settled on the petals. This is especially important for the white and lighter coloured flowers as it's the dust that tends to cause marks whereas these don't show up as much on the darker colours. If you do see a mark on the blooms we would suggest using a damp cloth to try remove any stains.
For the more delicate artificial flowers such as our tulips, lilies and magnolia these are made from a special type of treated foam and it's important not to get these wet! If you do spot any marks on them then the best remedy is to use a baby wipe to try to remove the stain.

Returns
If you wish to return your items please tell us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.
Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Please include a photograph of the fault and we will send out a replacement. Please see our full returns policy here

Beautiful colours. The stem and leaves so often difficult to replicate are lifelike and the right colour. A lovely bouquet that will look fabulous all year round.

Not the best quality
Have a fake look to them
The large white roses i purchased are amazing! I thought these would be of the same quality and standard.

Realistic and beautiful. Only problem is I've found it impossible to cut the stems - secateurs, scissors and even garden shears haven't succeeded!
