Arrangements vs Hand-Tied Bouquets
All of our arrangements come as single stems for you to style at home.
Our hand-tied bouquet upgrade arrives pre-styled and hand-tied together with ribbon, allowing the bouquet to be dropped straight into your chosen vase. Perfect for gifting or those who want to get the same look they see in our photos.
Care Instructions
Artificial flowers really require very little maintenance but there are a few tips that we recommend to keep your blooms looking 'fresh'. We would suggest each month putting your hairdryer on a cool setting and using this to blow away any dust that may have settled on the petals. This is especially important for the white and lighter coloured flowers as it's the dust that tends to cause marks whereas these don't show up as much on the darker colours. If you do see a mark on the blooms we would suggest using a damp cloth to try remove any stains.
For the more delicate artificial flowers such as our tulips, lilies and magnolia these are made from a special type of treated foam and it's important not to get these wet! If you do spot any marks on them then the best remedy is to use a baby wipe to try to remove the stain.

Returns
If you wish to return your items please tell us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.
Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Please include a photograph of the fault and we will send out a replacement. Please see our full returns policy here

Item arrived and is not as advertised with very few flowers.
Item also arrived in cramped box therefore stems are crushed.

I purchased these after being delighted with my purchase of burgundy beauty.
This one is equally exquisite and so realistic that my husband had opened the box and I went to smell the scent even though I knew I’d ordered fake flowers!
I get admiring comments from every one who sees them.
Will no doubt have more in the future.

Absolutely beautiful arrangement and the vase is far superior to the picture. Really pleased with my purchase and I’ll definitely be coming back for another arrangement. The quality and service is outstanding .
I do love real flowers but my husband suffers badly from hay fever so this way we both get full enjoyment.
