UK Delivery
We offer two delivery options for mainland UK addresses:
UK Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)
- FREE for all orders over £100
- £5.95 for orders under £100
UK Express Delivery (Next Working Day)
- £11.95 on all orders
Your order must be placed by noon for same-day dispatch. We dispatch orders Monday–Friday.
US Shipping
Delivery to the US takes around 5–7 business days. We offer two delivery price tiers:
- $40.00 on orders up to $199.99
- FREE shipping on orders over $200.00
All US orders are sent Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). This means any applicable import duties and customs fees are calculated and collected automatically at checkout, allowing us to clear your parcel through Customs on your behalf for a quicker, more seamless delivery.
Please note: local state sales tax may still apply. Shopify calculates and collects the correct sales tax during checkout where required by US law.
Channel Islands / Isle of Man Delivery
Delivery surcharges apply to these regions and will be calculated automatically at checkout once your delivery address is entered.

Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Important Note on Taxes & VAT:
- Isle of Man: Orders are treated as UK domestic sales. VAT is charged at checkout, and no further duties or taxes are payable upon delivery.
- Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey): We do not charge VAT on these orders at checkout. However, please be aware that your order may be subject to local taxes (such as Jersey’s 5% GST) and customs handling fees, which are payable by the recipient to local authorities prior to delivery.
Because these charges are applied locally and are outside of our control, we recommend checking your local government website for the most up-to-date thresholds and rates.
Republic of Ireland Delivery
We are pleased to offer a dedicated, premium service to our customers in Ireland. To ensure your shopping experience is as simple as possible, we handle all cross-border complexities on your behalf.
We deliver to Ireland on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—delivered straight to your door with no surprises.

- No Hidden Fees: All Irish VAT, customs duties, and import fees are already included in your order total.

- No Order Limits: We do not limit your order value. Whether you are ordering a single stem or a full room refresh, the process remains exactly the same.
How We Handle Duties & VAT
We operate a fully inclusive pricing model for Ireland. By prepaying all necessary taxes and duties to the Irish authorities on your behalf, we bypass the "disbursement fees" and border delays often associated with international shipping.

- Eircode: Please ensure a valid Eircode is provided at checkout to ensure a fast and accurate delivery.
- Mobile Number: A valid mobile number is required so our courier can provide you with real-time SMS delivery updates.
- Gifts: Because all duties and taxes are prepaid by us, our parcels are perfect for gifting; the recipient will never receive a bill for import charges.
ROW Delivery
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and the size/weight of your order.

Import Taxes
Please be aware that import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. These are set by your country’s Customs authorities and must be paid separately by the customer.
