Arrangements vs Hand-Tied Bouquets
All of our arrangements come as single stems for you to style at home.
Our hand-tied bouquet upgrade arrives pre-styled and hand-tied together with ribbon, allowing the bouquet to be dropped straight into your chosen vase. Perfect for gifting or those who want to get the same look they see in our photos.
Care Instructions
Artificial flowers really require very little maintenance but there are a few tips that we recommend to keep your blooms looking 'fresh'. We would suggest each month putting your hairdryer on a cool setting and using this to blow away any dust that may have settled on the petals. This is especially important for the white and lighter coloured flowers as it's the dust that tends to cause marks whereas these don't show up as much on the darker colours. If you do see a mark on the blooms we would suggest using a damp cloth to try remove any stains.
For the more delicate artificial flowers such as our tulips, lilies and magnolia these are made from a special type of treated foam and it's important not to get these wet! If you do spot any marks on them then the best remedy is to use a baby wipe to try to remove the stain.

Returns
If you wish to return your items please tell us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.

I thought these were very realistic. The stems are very long. (I know you can fold them but I don’t know why they have to be this long). One slight grouse is that their colour is slightly dull and is a completely different colour to the bracken fern in the pot.

I personally didn’t like the fern and glad I only bought one I felt it looked plastic not a touch on previous purchases. A shame!
