Arrangements vs Hand-Tied Bouquets
All of our arrangements come as single stems for you to style at home.
Our hand-tied flowers & bouquets arrive pre-styled and tied with ribbon, so you can drop them straight into your chosen vase. Perfect for gifting or for those who want to get the same look as in our photos.
Care Instructions
Artificial flowers really require very little maintenance but there are a few tips that we recommend to keep your blooms looking 'fresh'. We would suggest each month putting your hairdryer on a cool setting and using this to blow away any dust that may have settled on the petals. This is especially important for the white and lighter coloured flowers as it's the dust that tends to cause marks whereas these don't show up as much on the darker colours. If you do see a mark on the blooms we would suggest using a damp cloth to try remove any stains.
For the more delicate artificial flowers such as our tulips, lilies and magnolia these are made from a special type of treated foam and it's important not to get these wet! If you do spot any marks on them then the best remedy is to use a baby wipe to try to remove the stain.

Returns
If you wish to return your items please tell us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.

I have been looking around on line for months. My daughter-in-law gave me a lovely vase in the shape of a book last Christmas. It has a rose engraved on the front cover. I do a lot of reading. I definitely wanted roses, owing to the rose engraved on the front cover, so I took my time shopping around.. I cannot send you a photo as I do not have a smart phone. I will be 82 years old in November. That info is just to give you a background of me!!!

As previous customers say although size of rose is there look bigger than thought but are lovely roses would have liked some smaller buds on the cream as well but would definitely order again in future.
