How Gifts Are Issued
Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders at £0, unless otherwise stated. For gift vouchers, details will be sent electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Use of Existing Gift Vouchers

Expiry (Gift Voucher Promotions Only)
Where the free gift is a gift voucher, it will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
Substitutions
If a promotional gift becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
Returns & Adjustments
If items are returned and your adjusted order total falls below the qualifying threshold for the free gift, the promotional gift must also be returned unused and in original condition.
If the promotional gift is not returned—or where the free gift was a voucher that has already been redeemed—the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
Exclusions
- Gift voucher purchases do not count towards qualifying spend.
- Delivery charges do not count towards qualifying spend.
- Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative products.

Fraud & Misuse
We reserve the right to cancel any order or promotional gift where misuse, manipulation, bulk purchasing, or unauthorised activity is suspected.

When you place an order via our Website, you are making an offer to The Faux Flower Company to purchase the goods detailed in your order. Where delivery is requested, you are also making an offer for us to deliver those goods under the terms described at checkout.
After placing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and The Faux Flower Company is formed only when the order has been accepted, processed and dispatched.
We will take payment at the point your order is placed, whether you choose to pay by debit or credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or any other payment method offered at checkout. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to refuse any order, for example where a product is unavailable, where there has been an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

Stock Availability
We endeavour to display all items that are currently available. While we aim to hold stock of active products, occasionally an item may sell out or become unavailable after you place your order. If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a refund unless the item is expected to return to stock within a reasonable timeframe.
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to bouquet and arrangement designs, including substituting stems or components where required due to availability, provided that the overall style, quality and value are maintained or improved.
Product Colours & Appearance
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, textures and finishes. However, the appearance of items may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device type, lighting, or browser. As a result, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your screen will perfectly reflect the colours of the products received. Minor variations of this nature do not constitute faults.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer products on a pre-order basis. Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items will be shown on the relevant product page and/or at checkout. These dates are indicative only and may change due to unforeseen delays in production or shipping. If the expected dispatch date changes significantly, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
All items in an order containing a pre-order product will be dispatched together in a single shipment once the pre-order item becomes available. Payment for pre-order items is taken at the time the order is placed, not at the time of dispatch. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery

All delivery dates provided are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur. The Faux Flower Company is not liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) arising from delayed delivery.
Ownership and risk in the goods pass to you once the goods have been delivered to the address provided or placed at your disposal in accordance with the delivery service selected at checkout.
Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications on our Website are accurate. However, these are provided for general guidance only and are not binding. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products or supplier availability.
While we make reasonable efforts to display colours accurately, variations may occur depending on device screens, lighting and display settings. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You do not need to give a reason.
If you choose to cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own cost (unless the item is faulty or misdescribed). We will refund the cost of the returned goods and the standard UK delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or of receiving proof of return.

VAT, Customs & International Duties
VAT
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom are not subject to UK VAT. Where applicable, VAT will be removed at checkout. As no UK VAT is charged on these orders, they are not eligible for UK VAT refunds.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local sales taxes applied by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Where Delivery Duty Paid (“DDP”) is offered and selected, all applicable duties and taxes will be shown at checkout and paid by The Faux Flower Company on your behalf. Where Delivery Duty Unpaid (“DAP”) applies, the customer is responsible for paying any charges required for customs clearance.
Refusal to Pay Duties
If the customer refuses to pay required import duties or taxes and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping fees, carrier charges or additional costs incurred will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the United Kingdom must clearly mark the parcel as “British Returned Goods”. Failure to do so may result in additional duties or taxes being applied on re-entry to the UK. Any such charges incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.
The Faux Flower Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs, or for returned goods lost in transit.
Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards (“Gift Tender Terms”)
The Faux Flower Company gift cards and e-gift cards (“Gift Tender”) can be redeemed online and are subject to these Terms in addition to our general Website Terms and Conditions.
Use of Gift Tender
Gift Tender may be used as full or part payment for any eligible products. If the value of your purchase exceeds the balance of the Gift Tender, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
If items purchased using Gift Tender are returned or refunded, any refund due will be issued back to Gift Tender.
Restrictions
- Gift Tender cannot be resold, transferred for value, exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
- No cash change or balance will be given.
- Gift Tender is not a credit, charge or debit card.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Gift Tender
Please treat Gift Tender as cash. The Faux Flower Company is not responsible for and cannot replace Gift Tender that is lost, stolen, damaged or used without your permission.
Validity
Unless stated otherwise, Gift Tender is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Once expired, any remaining balance will be void and cannot be redeemed.
Fraud & Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or block the use of any Gift Tender that we reasonably believe has been obtained, used or activated fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these Terms.
Technical Issues & Force Majeure
The Faux Flower Company is not liable for Gift Tender that cannot be used due to technical issues, system outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will take reasonable steps to restore service as soon as possible.
Changes to Gift Tender Terms
By purchasing, using or accepting Gift Tender, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will not affect Gift Tender already issued unless required by law or for the prevention of fraud.
Precedence
The remainder of our general Terms apply to all purchases made using Gift Tender. In the event of any conflict between these Gift Tender Terms and the general Terms, these Gift Tender Terms will take precedence.
