Returns
If you wish to return your items please tell us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.

I am delighted with my peony bouquet. I chose to have the blooms individually so that I could arrange the myself although I have not this before. I was so easy and the arrangement looks spectacular. Everyone who comes cannot believe they are Faux. Your website was easy to navigate and place my order which was received quickly. I recently purchased this item and vase and I have to say they are absolutely stunning.
