Returns
If you wish to return your items please tell us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.

We expected it to arrive as an arrangement but the flowers came loose with the vase as a separate item. It would have been embarrassing if we had asked for this to go to the recipient and they would then have to arrange it without instruction. However the quality of the product is excellent.

From looking into your order i can see you ordered an arrangement ( loose stems ), not a bouquet ( hand-tied and pre cut ).
