Returns
If you wish to return your items please tell us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.
Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Please include a photograph of the fault and we will send out a replacement. Please see our full returns policy here

The recipient lives in a home and although I know the faux flowers were delivered she hasn't made any sort of response. Sorry.

My mother liked the flowers & vase but commented that she felt that it needed an extra piece of greenery (fortunately she had some she could add). Bit of a shame as it was her 90th Birthday gift.
