How delivery times are counted

For in-stock orders placed before 12 noon UK time on a working day, the delivery windows below run from the date you place your order, not from dispatch. For orders placed after noon, at weekends or on a bank holiday, count from the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Any advertised closure or product-specific pre-order timing is shown before you order.

UK Delivery

Delivery options for England, Wales and Scotland are shown automatically at checkout once you enter your postcode.

UK Standard Delivery (2–3 working days)

  • FREE for orders of £100 or more
  • £5.95 for orders below £100

UK Next Day Delivery (1 working day, order by 12pm)

  • £10.95
  • Available to eligible postcodes in England, Wales and Scotland. Next day delivery is unavailable to remote-area postcodes.

UK Standard Delivery - Remote Areas (2–3 working days)

  • £5.95, or FREE for orders of £100 or more
  • Automatically shown for applicable Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote-area postcodes. Next day delivery is unavailable to these addresses.

UK Saturday Delivery

  • £14.95 for orders placed before 12pm (noon) on Friday
  • Available to eligible addresses in England and Wales.

Northern Ireland Standard Delivery (2–3 working days)

  • £9.95, or FREE for orders of £100 or more

Order by 12pm UK time, Monday–Friday, for same-day dispatch of eligible in-stock orders. Later orders are normally dispatched on the next working day. Weekends, bank holidays and advertised closures affect timings.

There is a £5 minimum order value. Delivery dates are estimates; the services available for your address and the final charge are confirmed at checkout.

US Shipping

Delivery to the US takes around 5–7 business days. We offer two delivery price tiers:

  • $50.00 on orders up to $199.99
  • FREE shipping on orders of $200.00 or more
  • Our minimum order value for US shipping is $50.00

All US orders are sent Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). This means any applicable import duties and customs fees are calculated and collected automatically at checkout, allowing us to clear your parcel through Customs on your behalf for a quicker, more seamless delivery.

Any applicable state sales tax collected by us will be shown in your checkout total before payment. State sales tax is separate from import duties and customs fees.

Channel Islands / Isle of Man Delivery

The minimum order value is £30. Delivery costs £14.95 on orders of £30–£199.99, and £19.95 on orders of £200 or more. The available service and final charge are shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Important Note on Taxes & VAT:

  • Isle of Man: Orders are treated as UK domestic sales. VAT is charged at checkout, and no further duties or taxes are payable upon delivery.
  • Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey): We do not charge VAT on these orders at checkout. However, please be aware that your order may be subject to local taxes (such as Jersey’s 5% GST) and customs handling fees, which are payable by the recipient to local authorities prior to delivery.

Because these charges are applied locally and are outside of our control, we recommend checking your local government website for the most up-to-date thresholds and rates.

Republic of Ireland Delivery

Standard delivery costs €14.95 and usually takes 5–7 working days. The minimum order value is €30.

We cover applicable Irish VAT, customs duties and import fees through our courier, so there are no extra import charges for the recipient to pay on delivery. If a courier asks you for an import payment, contact [email protected] before paying so we can resolve it.

Please provide a valid Eircode and mobile number for delivery updates. We will email your tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Rest of World Delivery

We deliver to eligible addresses in Australia, Canada, Singapore, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Switzerland. Shipping is based on the order-value bands below, with the final amount in your checkout currency confirmed before payment.

  • Orders £50–£149.99: £40 delivery
  • Orders £150–£299.99: £60 delivery
  • Orders £300–£499.99: £100 delivery
  • Orders £500 or more: £150 delivery

Import Taxes

Please be aware that import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. These are set by your country’s Customs authorities and must be paid separately by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and customs or courier delays can occur. If your parcel is overdue, contact us so we can help. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Minimum Order Value

Minimum Order Value: We currently have a minimum order value of £50.00 for rest of world deliveries.

Pre-orders and separate parcels

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items are normally dispatched together when the pre-order items become available. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. If you would like the in-stock items sooner, contact [email protected]; separate dispatch may incur an additional delivery charge, which we will confirm with you first.

Flowers and vases may be packed separately and can arrive at different times. Check each tracking link in your dispatch emails. If an item is missing or a parcel is overdue, contact us with your order number.

Late, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order is overdue, missing, damaged or only partly delivered, contact [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate with the courier; you do not need to resolve the issue with the courier yourself.

If a paid next-day or Saturday service misses its promised day through no fault of yours, contact us and we will refund the extra delivery cost above the standard service available for your order. If standard delivery was free for your order, we refund the full delivery upgrade charge. This does not replace any additional refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law.

Estimated delivery windows do not remove your legal rights. If we miss an essential agreed delivery date, or fail to deliver within an appropriate additional period where the law requires one, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund. If no delivery time has been agreed, the applicable statutory delivery deadline applies.

We remain responsible for goods until they are physically received by you or someone you nominate, subject to the legal exception where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. Please contact us if tracking says delivered but you have not received your parcel.
