How Will My Order Arrive
Care Instructions
Artificial flowers really require very little maintenance but there are a few tips that we recommend to keep your blooms looking 'fresh'. We would suggest each month putting your hairdryer on a cool setting and using this to blow away any dust that may have settled on the petals. This is especially important for the white and lighter coloured flowers as it's the dust that tends to cause marks whereas these don't show up as much on the darker colours. If you do see a mark on the blooms we would suggest using a damp cloth to try remove any stains.
For the more delicate artificial flowers such as our tulips, lilies and magnolia these are made from a special type of treated foam and it's important not to get these wet! If you do spot any marks on them then the best remedy is to use a baby wipe to try to remove the stain.

Returns
If you wish to return your items please tell us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.
Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Please include a photograph of the fault and we will send out a replacement. Please see our full returns policy here

Item was in my mind faulty. Loads of the white willows continued to fall off when touched or brushed passed. Return was costly £8 so paid for delivery and returns £13 purely to view a product and return to retailer.

Please note that as per our returns policy, the costs of a return are the customers responsibility unless items are deemed damaged or faulty. In the product description of our Willow Sprays, there is a caution that the micro-fibres from these stems may shed, therefore this item is not listed as faulty or damaged.
