How Will My Order Arrive
Care Instructions
Artificial flowers really require very little maintenance but there are a few tips that we recommend to keep your blooms looking 'fresh'. We would suggest each month putting your hairdryer on a cool setting and using this to blow away any dust that may have settled on the petals. This is especially important for the white and lighter coloured flowers as it's the dust that tends to cause marks whereas these don't show up as much on the darker colours. If you do see a mark on the blooms we would suggest using a damp cloth to try remove any stains.
For the more delicate artificial flowers such as our tulips, lilies and magnolia these are made from a special type of treated foam and it's important not to get these wet! If you do spot any marks on them then the best remedy is to use a baby wipe to try to remove the stain.

Returns
If you wish to return your items please tell us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.

My pussy willow stems arrive in beautiful packaging.
They are extremely tall which allows for various arrangement and vase styles. They are so realistic, pretty and flexible so I folded the bottom of the stems to fit my jar and absolutely delighted with my display.
Highly recommended.

I purchased the pussy willow to go with the tulips
I also purchased they are beautiful. They are so life like & set the tulips of beautifully. I always buy from the faux flower company there not the cheapest but things arnt when you want quality. I would definitely recommend.
